The price of 1 hour of additional services is determined according to the purchased package, deducted from the beginning of every half hour*.

According to the selected currency:

One hour of additional services costs 1760 hryvnias.

One hour of additional services costs 180 zlotys.

One hour of additional services costs 40 euros.

One hour of additional services costs 45 US dollars.

*Note: Ticket resolution is accounted for at least 0.5 hours.

Therefore, if the request involves creating, for example: 1 email account (listing time 10 minutes), ihostmi will calculate the time for 0.5 hours.

If the task involves creating 3 email accounts (total 30 minutes), ihostmi will still calculate the request time as 0.5 hours.

If there are any issues with the ticket resolution, the report will be uploaded to the billing system.

If the service is requested and provided at night (from 20:00 to 08:00), the cost will be calculated according to the tariff “Night Services”.
